    Default Thank you Yips!!!

Harley met both her and Jethro today and wow! Is he EVER a gorgeous dog!!! HUGE! I thought Harley was getting big and then I see him. He was so cute though trying to play with Harley! Harley has got some attitude though and was trying to play right back. Was even getting mouthy. Lol.

Yips, he LOVED he bully stick. Can't get enough of it. I had to take it away because he wouldn't MOVE from his spot lol. He is entranced by it. He even had it at the vet and thanks to his Bully Stick, he didn't mind his needle to much.

We're transferring all our business to you. You're super nice and yay! I feel so much better knowing there is someone who we can take Harley to visit and talk to about him and other animals and dogs. Yay yay yay!!

It is nice to go somewhere where you are treated like a person instead of a dollar sign.

The other pet stores could learn a few things from YIPS when it comes to customer service, that's for sure

Why just the pet stores? Maybe some of the store owners on Queen Street should send their staff there for lessons. When the store first opened I thought it was a mistake and I felt sorry for the owners as they would lose a ton of money on it. For starters they were opening a store out on the edge of town in an area with little or no drawing power to get shoppers out there. Just goes to show how far a smile and a kind word will take you. After shopping there you leave with the same feeling you have when you leave a friends house where as most of the time on Queen you're just happy to get it over with.

Well, they're $4-$6 ish depending on what size you get. Harley's is lastin him a while but he is just a pup. A hard chewer probably gets it down in 20 min?

A bully stick, also known as a "beef stick" or pizzle, is a dog treat made from the large tendon of a bull's [censored] and dried. They can be braided, smoked, or formed into a ring, as well as shaved to form thin strips for smaller dogs. They are favored by many people over rawhide bones for several reasons; unlike the soft skin fibers of rawhide, the tough tendon fibers of bully sticks do not soften easily; bully sticks also tend to be less messy, as only the very end will get soft when chewed excessively.

Ya they can be. we also agree that Yips is the only place to go to for pet needs. Sherri will always take the time to answer any questions or just chat with you. We will have to come in and see Jethro soon haven't seen him in awhile.

i stumbled into yips by accident too... i ran out of dog food and went into my usual petstore but they didn't have any of the food my dog eats (royal canine puppy 33) and i was not about to switch my pets food so on my way home i stopped in and grabbed the food and found out they cary everthing i need to spoil my pet rotten and i picked her up a bully stick too and she has been chewing on it for about 3 weeks now... my son thought it was so cool because it was the same store that was on a race car!!!!
