    Default Begonias?

I have a few begonias, one is a pink dragon wing, the other I can't remember the name it has little white fluffy flowers with pink( I think maybe a snow something, I could be wrong though), and some non-stop begonias and one with big white flowers. Now what do I do with them? I want to keep them till next year. I dug them out and put them in pots in our house. Some websites say to cut them back but 2 of them are very big and I don't want to lose the size. Do any of them have tubers? So I can store them till next year? I attempted to take cuttings of some of them and for some reason they just did not take.

I have to dig mine up yet,,
I am waiting till they die down a bit more and then I will cut them,,
Keep them in a cold room or a cool place all winter,
I kept 3 shoe boxes last year in the cold room.Maybe label them if they are different so you know which or where to plant it next year,

yes, my mom has been saving hers for years. there is a certain type called a non stop begonia that doesnt save - you can try, but they dont generally save.

stop watering them now - you want them nice and dry. you could let the frost kill the tops if they still look nice, or just cut them back now if you like. clean off the soil and dont let the tubers touch when you store them. that way if one rots it wont spread to the rest of them.

then next year you can just fill a box up with soil and plant the tubers to start them. then when it is time to plant, lift them out and plant them in.

you can do the same with dalias also.
