Default Tim Hortons' Iced Cappuccino (Copycat Recipe)

Tim Hortons' Iced Cappuccino (Copycat Recipe)

    4 cups milk
    1 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    3 Tbsp. hot chocolate mix
    1/4 cup cold milk

Heat the 4 cups of milk to boiling; remove from heat.
Add creamer, vanilla, instant coffee and hot chocolate mix; stir well.
Pour mixture into a container with a lid; put into freezer and freeze until very firm, but slightly slushy.
Put mixture in a food processor; while processing, add the 1/4 cup milk in small increments to mixture.
Process until all is combined and nicely slushy.

I have a friend who makes them at home with her blender. I don't have the exact recipe, but I think it just involved instant coffee crystals, liquid french vanilla creamer, ice cubes and milk. You could make it with any flavour of creamer I suppose. Would be yummy...

Do you think this would work in my smoothie machine or would I have to drag out the blender?

at home i prefer to make an iced coffee martini, lol

cup of coffee, made the way you like it, shot (or two) of bailey's, shake with ice in martini shaker, LOVE it!

It's really simple but shaking it with ice really makes it good, it gets a foam on the top!

has anyone noticed that the size of the cups at Tim Horton's are getting smaller? I guess they didn't want to raise the price so they are getting smaller cups. A medium coffee used to fill my travel mug....now it's almost just 3/4's full....I think that is pretty chincy on their part....anyway JMO and yes, I am switching to another business

No I didn't notice at all, and I recently switched from drinking a large coffee to a medium.
