AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Black Edition CPU AD05000DSWOF
Good overclocker. Fast and reliable. No heatsink comes with this unit but I have one that came with my Phenom X4 I can toss in for a little more money.
$60 for CPU alone in original packaging.
