another men's health magazine goodie i dug up. made this once and it is absolutely amazing... simple to make too

2 oz whole wheat penne
2 chicken breast - pound to 1/4inch thickness
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 cup cannellini beans ( i use white kidney as a sub)
2 tbsp diced roasted red pepper
4 cups baby spinach leaves
2 tbsp grated parm / romano / your preferred topping

cook pasta to desired (al dente baby). season chicken both sides and sear in a skillet med-high for 3-4min per side. remove and slice. add oil. garlic, rosemary, beans, red peppers and spinach to the skillet. flip frequently until spinach wilts a bit. drain pasta and add to skillet. toss in the chicken. serve in bowl and sprinkle the cheese on top
