i know home depot sells some welding machines, perhaps their tool rental may have it? if not try service rentals& sales on sackville.

I tried to rent one a few years ago and for the price of the rental it was cheaper to get someone to weld for me. Home depot did rent them at the time as well as Service Rentals.
