1/4 cup of ricotta
1/2 thawed pkg of chopped spinach
3/4 can of artichoke hearts
1/4 small brick of monteray jack cheese
2 containers of cream cheese(spreadable)
4-5 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in rectangular shallow pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 10-15. Take out and stir, shred some more mozza and monteray jack cheese on top. Cut pitas in triangles, serve and dip!
