    yeah..i was offered a salaried job but i told them i would rather clean s*** than go on salary lol

    My husband works in the Cold Mill. Wish they would do something with their scheduling.

    They NEVER have the schedule done on time and it goes from week to week so he never knows what he's working the following week until Friday afternoon and even then he still has to check Sunday to make sure they haven't changed it. Pisses me off cause we can't plan anything!!! and I mean not even a freaking doctors appointment.

    sorry to hear that...i have been on a 12 hr schedule for 12 years
    with your hubby it will take a bit more seniority to get a regular schedule
    better to burnout,,,,than fade away
