It is a different country?
Luvs is an American company. You can't buy them at ANY stores in Canada. Part of the issue is the requirement for English and French labelling on all packages sold here, part of the issue is they don't manufacture them here and the cost of import taxes and labelling to the company makes it not worth selling them here because the price they'd have to charge to recoup their losses would far exceed the price their competitors would be charging.

even some things that look the same are different. our dogs eat purinaone lamb & rice. the bags look the same on both sides. bought it over there one time and the dogs farted and had the runs, so obviously it was a very differnt mix.
also the content laws are differnt. alieve is a perscription in canada, yet we can buy it over the counter there. also, they allow higher amounts of whatever in their acne medications over the counter in the usa than they do here.
weird? you used to be able to buy luvs here
It boils down to different purchasers. The Canadian purchasers will go for Canadian content.

i know diapers are not food, but the us is not as strict when it comes to food processing and packaging as they are in canada.... and also they don't have as strict labelling like they do in canada.... It is a PITA for alot of stuff...but you have to understand the laws.
Aut Viam Inveniam Aut Faciam, which means "Either I will find a way or I will make one."
i understand that canadian standard are higher, but its just diapers and they use to sell them here years ago, maybe it was when K-Mart was still here
Canadian content, you gotta be kidding,90% of all contents in the store comes from the Asian countrys.
Wal-mart's in Ont don't even come close to the stores in Mi.It's like your in two different store
