If you don't want an animal, at least drop it off at the Humaine society or call a damn vet and drop it off there, hell at someones home..anywhere.......but not in a damn ditch where the poor thing could get killedfrom another animal! i know how u feel it makes me so mad too..that cj report was done by me and the person who found him was my son. he is safe and being well cared for and if you saw h is sweet little face it would break ur heart . i cant believe some did that...its just cruel

Why not? Some on social programs can afford an animal just fine as they make other sacrifices or do not have other dependents. That's a pretty general statement ID.
