Ipod help!

my ipod just flashes on and off, it wont charge..
I plug it in and its faint black and white screen flases on and off with the apple logo.
i cant turn it on, and my itunes wont even recognize it! and i know its not hte cable becuase i tried two of them and they both work on my bf's ipod...

Try going here, and clicking on your model. See if there's a discussion about the problem. Not a piece of gadgetry yet that I haven't found someone else with the problem online.

Ipod is like a mini pc that will do way more than regular mp3 player.

Yes you can go on the net, play games, download music etc. etc. etc. It is almost like having a MAC computer in a hand held just not as good or big.

Only on the IPOD touch however can you go on the internet via a wireless connection using a router. In my opinion the IPOD is the far better choice. Technically all of the ipods are technically called mp3 players, so to speak. Each version of the IPOD is different from the other with different features..

Not if you have wi-fi or can find an open wi-fi network.

Looked at the site and it says you have to pay for all the music or tv you watch or listen to. But you don't have to do that with an mp3 player?

You have to pay for music via iTunes. They dont come out and say it but you can download music off the internet.

I can tell ya one thing..DON'T buy a Zune.

I bought one and because I live in Canada, I basically HAVE to steal music. Like an Ipod, you "have" to buy the music right from Microsoft..except you can't in Canada. So until it's available here, you have only one choice and that is to rip your music off Limewire (or the like).

I'm disappointed. Never would have bought it if I had known. Guess that's why you should research these things beforehand right? lol
