I live on Lennox, do you know where your children are?

I was just sitting here eating my dinner, when I heard a loud thud. A young boy knocked over the mail mans postal delivery box, this isn't the first time that this child has caused a disturbance in our neighbourhood. So the question you must be asking yourself now is "is this my kid?" He is very lippy and rude, swears at people in our area, and he's also destroyed many things from garbage cans, blue boxes, etc. My guess is he could be about 10 years old and tends to wear base ball caps backwards. He has brown ear length hair, and is pretty skinny & short. If you live in my neighbourhood I hope that you know that this isn't your kid but you've probably seen him. If this is your child I really do feel bad for you.

Any suggestions and I live near Lennox Park.....

catch him doing it on video and then give a copy to the police, a copy to cas and put one on sault news....lol.. then maybe someone will do something.

Thanks for the advice. I just don't think I'd be allowed to do that without the parents permission and that's something I don't think I'd get. I don't know his name, and I don't know where he lives, so it's kinda hard.

i don't think it's against the law to video tape a criminal in the act to help id them. kid or not, they are breaking the law. perhaps the parents will learn to watch their kid.

The problem with that is he is so quick! So my boyfriend jokingly said he was hold him by the leg until I could call the cops for them to bring him home. I swear I don't want the kid to know I'm pissed because that just feeds the fire but I hate him! lol

By all means get it on video , mind you we would by law have to blank out the face, but we would air it - I have seen so many kids this summer out of control, j-walking in front of cars and walking real cool is my favourite and I've notice several mail boxes pushed over on a weekly basis in my neighbourhood too...
