The amount of coccaine found on the notes are not enough for a dog to smell it. It needs the chemical test to prove that it is contaminated with it. Also, the test could be picking up other contaminates that are used to cut and make coccaine, such as gasoline. I am sure there is a large percentage of notes that have been through gas stations.

Well seeing how as they only analyzed 27 bills, I'd look at the guy who collected them.

27 bills out of the number of bills in circulation is too small of a sample size to mean anything.

Way too many variables for this too mean a thing. For example, I don't know about you, but only on about 1 day in 10 do I have any cash on me.
