...large bags of brown rice and whole wheat flour for a good price? I only see the great big bags of white rice, and it seems when the big bags of flour goes on sale, it's only white flour. Any ideas?

try that food store in behind the Brewers retail on Bruce street, I forget the name of the street but its at the bottom of the hill beneath Collegiate Heights retirement home.

Shaw milling sells whole wheat flour

Where is Shaw Milling now? I've noticed that most of the things at the Cash and Carry aren't spectacularly priced, they're just larger packages. For the most part, I could buy lots of little packages of whatever elsewhere to equal the large one, and save money.

It Shaw Milling still on Bruce? The last time I remember looking, that location was turned into a convenience store, no?

No, that building that is now a store is one south of Shaw Milling. The convenience store used to be Steel City Appliances?? Anyway, one building north of that is Shaw Milling.

No the store is in a different building, Shaw Millings hours are 8-5.
