resolution for Sony???

Does anyone know how to change the resolution on a Sony lcd monitor ???

you can start by changing the resolution with the OS

that I know but that doesn't help me

right click on your desktop and go to whatever gpu control panel you have. it will be an option - either GMA intel control panel, Nvidia control panel, or catalyst control center should be your options when you right click on the desktop. If not your using a different gpu manufacturer or using standard vga drivers provided by windows.
