    Unhappy Printer HELP

Got a new HP C6380 all in one printer, had to re-install to get everything to work, Wow what a nice job of scanning and printing could not ask for a better printer, did a couple color prints and about 30 or 40 black and white pictures, now no matter what I print with it every picture has a red haze to it, no matter what format I use, even black printed matter from word has a red glow, I’ve spent hours trying to find the problem…No luck, any input is more then welcome.
Yes I know this should be posted in the computer section but hope it will get more exposure here.

call hp if you just got it, or bring it back and exchange it for a new one.

Bufford, are you using photo paper, if so make sure it is printing on the shiny side.
