Vij, I have a cellphone through Telus, and that sounds like my plan almost. Unlimited incoming calls, you will have text messaging services, if your phone is on roam (which they don't suggest--keep phone at home only and you won't be billed the .95 cents a minute for roaming), if you are outside of Canada and have the phone on roam, you will be billed .50 canadian for each minute. Free local birthday calls when its your birthday, Canadian long distance at .30 cents a minute, unlimited nights and weekends (nights start at 7 p.m.), free conference calling, free call forwarding, call waiting is free as well. Outbound call display on which means the person you are calling will see your phone number, and the SPARK I don't know much about, but if you wanna know more, go to http://www.telusmobility.com, and the benefits of telus is you can view your account online at http://www.mytelusmobility.com. Alot better than bell.

Also to add, if you are ie. in Toronto and wanna call your friend that lives in Toronto, you won't be billed long distance. That is what was explained to me when I signed up for my 3 year contract. Telus has towers all throughout Canada, and anytime you are in a city and wanna make a phone call you won't be billed long distance for that called, unless of course you are in ie. Sault Ste. Marie and wanna make a call to Toronto, then you will be billed.
