    Question Can you take Tylenol

if you've been told not to take aspirin or any analgesics before a medical procedure? My husband is very sick with a cold (or flu) but he is to undergo a procedure in a few days.

yes your right. I have been looking on-line but I am still not clear. He has been fevered most of the night and the last time he woke up he had a bad headache. I think I'll try to get him in at GHC today

Tylenol is an analgesic, so if he was told NO analgesics, then I would think not.
Your best option is to take him to be looked at or at least call his Doctor to see what the best course of action is. Chances are unless the proceedure is life-saving, if he's sick they will not put him under and will likely postpone.

they will probably cancel his procedure, because he has a fever you should call the doctor and let them know about his symptoms.
