Mine came in 2/3 days late. I couldn't remember my cae # or pin, so I just called, and they told me all I needed to know.

I finally got them on the phone.. might be a two week delay due to an error on my sons dad end.. paper work crap, not intentional

Just be lucky you get any support... didn't get squat for the first 10 years.. and it's always late or non existant.. :P
There's no problem too great that can't be lessened by a couple swings..
