Why not just ask if it is better to date someone that is not the same age as you? Once again, another ill thought poll.

Most of the guys I date have been younger than me, but they're just really cute and nothing really ever comes of the relationship.
A 20-25 year old guy can not do for me what I need in a relationship because my man has to be "past" that whole "finding himself" thing to find himself permanently in my life.
Other than that, the major factor is the memories and things we experienced growing up. Jamming with an 18 year old musician the other night who was into my kind of music, I realized that while Kurt Cobain's death impacted kids my age real hard that this kid was still in a diaper. Although he could play the music with me, he could not relive those moments.
My current boyfriend is just a little older than me. For two weeks this year we were both 27.
I love the fact that we were only a grade apart in the same high school and that we're both really done growing up and we're more into the idea of getting out of this city and opening our own business together, being a family and hanging out together.
He's an amazing tattooist and I'm starting to get there too.
