Default brown spots on white paint

Today I cleaned the vehicle, noticed little brown dots on the paint. They do come off with soap, but you have to wipe them several times.

What's a good product to clean them off, and what exactly are they? (brake dust, road salt spots?)

Iron deposits from our clean air...I work at a dealer and the clean up shop uses Meguires tar and spot remover....

I suppose they have this at Canadian Tire?

And if you work at the Dodge dealer you might have to clean it for me, lol.

Considering the rim cleaning thread a while back, that's probably a good idea!
