I was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus in 1994. I am 43 and have had 9 surgeries and 5 seizures since then. My surgeries have all been done in Sudbury.

Currently I take dilantin anti-seizure medication, as well as Actonel, and have recently been diagnosed with Osteoporosis and Trigeminal Neuralgia.

My condition has prevented me from working full time. I had to give up my full time job, and go part time. I tire easily, and I have short term memory. I also suffer anxiety attacks.

I am on Ontario Disability, and CPP Disability which has helped my family and I out. I also wear a Medic Alert bracelet in case anything happens to me while I am out.

I would like to talk to other people who have the same condition.
