I may be alone on this...but...I cannot get excited about any of the local candidates that have declared so far. I am hoping a fresh new face will step up to the plate. What do you think?

Yep, there's nobody I can unequivocally say "Oh, they'd make a great mayor! This is easy to decide who to vote for." I keep hoping someone will make a surprise announcement and save the mayoral election from boring mediocrity and give a sense of hope for the future.
