i heard shaw on demand is good - you dont have to return the movie, it never skips and no hidden late fees

nothing more annoying people tell me than a skipping dvd just as you are about to watch it

I havent rented in a long time and was annoyed at the immature clerks talking about their own lives and ignoring customers which is why i havent rented for awhile

I always go to Blockbuster. I don't know how the pricing compares to Rogers, but I've always had good service there. They must have a greeting policy, because they've always said hello when I walk in the door,and they've never been chatting instead of serving me.

Shaw on Demand.....seriously...why drive up to blockbuster or rogers when you can stay home, have a few drinks and NOT spend a fortune on overpriced popcorn and candy!!! our prices are comparable and videos are better then the store :P

We always use Shaw on Demand. We order a couple of movies every weekend. We can pause the movies and they are available for 24 hours plus there is a great selection!

Perhaps you were unapproachable and intimidating, so they continued on with the conversation they were having before you entered the store? I have never had any problems with any stores in the Sault for customer service. Makes me wonder what people are truly complaining about.
