The last part of it would be having him pissed on then shot, but it would take quite a while to get there.

The first parts would be the punishment. Cruel and unusual or else its not punishment in my books. The shooting is more for the culling of him than anything else.

That's the thing Barney. Sex crimes are not about the sex for these perpetrators. It's about power and control. And yes, it is sick!!

Also, a really sad fact is that a lot of developmental people are sexually abused because they are such easy targets for cowardly sick people.

I think he should be in with the general population as well.
