Well thats good for our American friends but Canadians dont have to worry about that

In a small way we do, half the uploaders reside in the good ol USA, the other half Europeans. So amybe instead of say 100 seeds on a torrent it will be 50.

Case and point, the Trailer Park Boys movie "The Big Dirty" was released in theatres only in Canada for the first bit. I did not see one torrent of it until after world wide release.
