Removal of swirls from black paint.

Can anyone direct me to someone that has experience removing swirl marks, particularly from a black paint? I don't want a detailer that is just going to wash and wax, I need someone that understands proper paint correction.

What did he charge you? I had my truck done there (wax) about 2 months ago, this will require more than a hand wax.
