yes, check their hours on the City website - I just dropped some off there and it was very fast and a simple procedure

Rona on Black road accepts old paint cans. As for the horse, you'll have to deal with the body yourself. Maybe one of the local restaurants?

I used the one on industrial park Thurs....the dump mentioned they were open that day, only wed thurs and fri I think?? but they take almost anything waster hazardous

Home Depot takes them too. The Industrial Park one has odd hours, so I don't really use it.
