A word from somebody who's been there.
If you like a vehicle that's un-certified, risk the 50 odd bucks and have it inspected. Then you'll know what it needs.
Remember that you do NOT need the ownership to have a vehicle inspected.
And DO check that the VIN numbers match from vehicle and ownership.
