That's where Caicco gets a bit of a faraway look in his eye as he describes a waterfront park downtown with a bocce court, some water fixtures and other things Saultites will want to come and spend some leisure time on.
A faraway look...bocce court! Oh yay - if he is elected we know where to find him. Playing bocce with the boys club then dipping his toes in the wading pool. How wonderful! No wonder he had that faraway look - he is longing for the day!

As usual, Caicco makes a bunch promises and motherhood statements, with ZERO details on how his platform would be paid for. Typical.
