    Default Santa parade

Anyone see the whole parade? I didn't get to. My dog got cold and I couldn't hold her for long so I took her back to the car and warmed her up. I need to get her some paw booties. I left after the navy league went by.

Who is this Santa fellow? And why does he deserve a parade?

I didn't even get to take my kids. My daughter fell asleep before we could go and I wasn't waking her up for it because she refused to have an afternoon nap and her without sleep + a public place= disaster

Because usually the parade isn't long and we took her for a walk since she wouldn't get one later. She is a lab and usually loves outside. I have brougt her to the one last year and she was fine. She is usually up at camp running around in the snow all day.

    Thumbs up Re: Santa parade

The parade was great, took the grandchildren and it was cold but nice.
They gave out free, Hot Coco and homemade cookies, which I think made the whole experience nicer and warmer.
    Thank you for the treats

Thanks! My 78 year old Aunt was looking forward to watching it on tv last night but couldn't find it, I'll have to show her this if it's not on tv anytime soon. She can't take the cold but loves to watch this every year.

I believe Shaw opted out from airing it because of the greyhound game. SooNews was the only one broadcasting it this year.

I don't know why either? it's been playing fine for me, both the live show and the taped version.

Watching the parade on the computer was great. I enjoy watching the parade. I must say that Peggy did a fantastic job, but as far as Tammi goes, she needs alot of work. I could see things that for some reason she didn't know what they were...for example the steelhawks are the new highschool members...this float went buy with her trying to guess what they were lol....then the most waited for, Santa Claus, I could clearly see if what him before she figured it out. I guess it's good for a chuckle.
