    Default Chocolate chip cookiedough cheesecake

    So good and Soooo Easy!!

2 Tubes Pillsbury Chocolate chip Cookie dough
1 8 oz brick of cream cheese - softened
    1 egg
    1/2 cup sugar.

Open one tube and press with floured fingers into the bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
spread over dough in bottom of pan.
Crumble remaining tube of cookie dough over mixture (it won't cover completely)

    Bake in a 350 oven 30 - 35 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Its really good Simba, you might want to use two bricks of creamcheese and 2 eggs - I wouldnt' add more surgar. If it seems like there isnt' enough filling..

I just made them again, I'd recommend using a 8x11 pan and maybe 1/3 of the second tube in the bottom and the balance on top.

I just bought the ingredients for this tonight. I'm sure that the grandkids will like it. Thanks for the recipe

Thanks for the recipe! I made it over the holidays using the tweaked recipe tip from MA03 and they were a hit. My only problem was when I went to cut them into bars, it was very crumbley so I may have let them cool too much before trying to cut them.

You might have overcooked them just a little. Next time try taking them out of the oven a couple of minutes earlier.

I have made this receipe about 4 times since it's been posted. It's a big hit in our family.
I also made it using the peanut butter cookie dough, omg big hit too.
