has anyone else had the experience of seeing the woman walking around the boardwalk and downtown area this weekend and the north street area topless. Forget sunday shopping bylaws recind the topless law if that's what thinks it's ok todo in public. Trust me when she walked past the holiday inn and the bikers where shaking there heads.

I agree that she may not fit into your everyday standard ideal of beauty, but the law says she is allowed to do it.

I work downtown, and have been for several years. There are sights far more horrifying to behold than an "unattractive" person without a top on, particularly with the heat we've been having lately.
