'Green River Killer' charged with 49th murder
Gary Ridgway would be given a 49th life sentence, thanks to a previous plea deal, if he pleads guilty in the latest case.

While I agree that justice has to be served, if it already has been served 48 times I fail to see why the state would need to spend money to serve it yet another time.
I think it's clear by now he is in jail for the rest of his life...
