DSl in Prince Township

Anyone on Dsl other than Bell in Prince Township and what speed are you running at? Looking to switch and wondering what my other choice are.

There are parts of prince covered by dsl. It pretty much stops around Marshall Rd. and goes down to about the airport. You can check your number online http://www.vianet.ca/residential_dsl.php if you have bell phone service, if not we can run your address to see if its available. Also I am just waiting on some climbers but we will soon have wireless out to Gros Cap but that is based on a site check.

I am in a similar situation. I contacted Vianet yesterday to see if a service was available to me. Previously, Bell had told me a high speed service was available, only to learn that it was not. Now Vianet is assuring me that dsl is available to me, but I am not holding my breathe. I will know Monday.

My suspicions were correct, .... no DSL for me. Bell, Vianet and the others should get their act together and quit telling people they can get a service they can't. it was a big waste of my time that they should have known. That's what happens when you get people in other cities telling us what services were have, .... and most times they can't even pronounce "Sault" Ste. Marie.
