Download steam for Mac. I dunno how much you'll find for 10.5 there is also the humble bundle with a few indie games that work on Mac. You set the price and pay what you want for those.

I would install vbox for mac and run a virtual windows machine. Or use boot camp to dual boot between windows and OSX.

You can get them free right in the app store.

App Store doesn't run in 10.5, only 10.6. They would have to upgrade, in which case I would wait for OS X Lion which comes out this summer.
