    Default My Bell Rant

    There has been so many Bell rants, I just wanted to share mine.

    I havent had Bell services in awhile, but apparently I overpayed my cell bill and i am due a 45.13 credit. So i called Bell to request the credit, god forbid they just mail it out. And the agent tells me, there is a $20 admin charge to send me my refund ... WTF !!!!

    So i got a lil pissy with the person, and that i wanted all my money. She went on with the apolgies and emphany crap, and blah blah blah. So i said to her, "Just wait a minute, I am going to put my 2 1/2 year old in her room because i am really gonna get pissed now.

    She then puts me on hold for 5 minutes, and said, "i talked to my supervisor, and he authorized me to waive that fee this time only, in the future, we will not waive it" ... I said "Dont worry there wont be a next time because i will never have Bell services again."

    I asked her if i overpaid by 10 bucks, would I owe them 10 bucks. she said yes !! WTF !!!

    stupid bell.

    I could tell you another story about bell and their cell phone service. My contract ended in mid Oct of last year, again you have to give one months notice, I did that. Now before this my son had lost his phone and needed a new one , but Bell does not have a store up in Thunder Bay where he started university last summer. So he went with Koodo's. I went down to the Bruce st office to cancel my contract and pick up his til his contract was done in November of 2011. Do you think I could get them to understand what I wanted? No. It took three tries with my husband in tow to straighten the mess they made of my contract . Needless to say I will complete the contract , then I am switching to someone else for my cell phone supplier. They were saying I cannot do this, or that, and is going to cost you big bucks. Bell you need to improver your customer service!

    My wife and I cancelled our services almost 7 months ago. Last month, we finally received our final bill showing an credit owing to us. This month's bill arrives and they have charged us a late fee on the money owed to us, because we had not paid in time... Huh?
