2 Stroke 80cc

I can keep my motor running for a limited time,when I bring it to idle,it revs up and stops stalls.
It is also a (swear word ) to get it going. It should start right away with some pedaling and just won't kik in to fire up. Anyone know about 2 stroke motors and/or about getting my carb set properly so it does not need all this first time maintenance.

Maybe crank seals,they have to be in good shape on a 2 stroke or it will draw air through them instead of the carb and make them run like crap.How old is it?
