I know how, but I wouldn't post it.
Worked for me and does not involve directly harming the animal.
Forces the owner to resolve the problem.
PM me for details.
yes and the dog will bark LOUDER and more frequently.... try this.....go to your neighbors house.....grab him/her by the shirt collar...tell them you were recently diagnosed with sound inflicted psychosis....and that their dogs barking is making you think horrible thoughts about them and their family. LMFAO just a thought....might work??? LOL
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. *Dr Seuss*
''Our culture has accepted two huge lies: The first is that if you disagree with someone’s lifestyle, you must fear them or hate them. The second is that to love someone means you agree with everything they believe or do. Both are nonsense. You don’t have to compromise convictions to be compassionate.''
Approach the owner. We never leave our dog outside alone, and as far as I know, she doesn't bark much at all. But If she does bark a lot in the house when we are not home, I'd like my neighbors to address it with me before calling the police or the HS.

That's the problem with many people. They don't care to fork out the money, don't realize that there are problems or don't even want to take the time to take their dogs to obedience classes. Obedience lessons can be a real eye opener and often help tremendously in all aspects of dog ownership. I've had 3 out of 5 of our dogs to obedience and was just amazed every time how much better the dogs behaved on a daily basis.
I agree. I'm also floored by how many people have dog behavioural problems that would be solved by additional exercise and stimulation, but won't bother with the time or believe what they do is enough. Ceasar Milar says dogs need a min of one hour of on leash running. That's a lot and isn't even really enough. We give canines abnormal situations and they act accordingly as animals would, and yet we look for treatments which don't exist. (Example, leaving a pack animal alone for more than 6 hours day and looking for ways to stop the dog from tearing up the rug and sofa). We need to speak more dog language.
When I was born I was so surprised I didn’t talk for a year and a half.

There's no problem too great that can't be lessened by a couple swings..
