Question Interputitor from French to English

Dose anyone here know how to read Gasp Bay French Dialect and change it into Enlish.
I understand that this particular Dialect is extremly hard to read.

I know a young lady who's Dad wrote her a letter in 2009 and she speacks French but dosnt read it and has NO idea what her Dad's last letter says.

    Please help if you can.

My daughter's boyfriend is from Quebec, and he says the dialect isn't so bad that it should be understood. Maybe your friend just doesn't use her French enough to catch all the little idiosyncrasies.

BTW, .... FYI, .... you are referring to Gaspe (as in the peninsula), not Gasp Bay.
Why are you hiding behind a username?
