Thread: Bell Question

  1. #1

    Default Bell Question

A while back, someone here posted an e-mail address for a CEO of Bell Canada. Apparently, this CEO was great at responding to customer's complaints and getting them resolved. Does anyone have that e-mail address?

    Thanks.

Handy, if this gets out of hand and your blood pressure commences to peak, we can take a drive to Montreal and discuss in person with the Bell execs should you wish. You DO still hunt, right?

That was Kevin Krull. He doesn't have that job anymore and I don't know who the new person is, sorry.

My only other option is to pay through the nose for satellite internet. I have no other high speed service available to me, and I live in the city. Been stuck with dial up for years now.

If it was posted prior to the cut line then he must not be complaining about the cut line as you asked?

When I had problems with Sympatico for over a year, their final suggestion was that I change my e-mail address, so I did....to Vianet!
I'm sure Vianet has some type of highspeed, their ad is at the top of this page.

I live in the city limits, and there is absolutely no high speed service to my home.
