    Default whole seed mustard

i tried some whole seed mustard this summer for the first time. i had never heard of it before and sampled it at the american spoon in petoskey. i just had to buy some, even though it was $13. for a small jar. now that ive looked online i see many companies make it and several recipes to make your own.

im wondering if anyone has made there own and has a good recipe. (one like american spoon, thats whole and not paste, and not yellow)

I've never made whole grain mustard before...only stuff like Dijon, or yellow which uses a mustard powder...however, i did find this page that had great information on making it...complete with photos

    hope this helps
