My Acer Laptop is two years old and is running slow. I'm thinking it may need to be formatted. Where would be a good place to take it to have this done, so that they will save my pictures? Also anyone know an approximate price for this service? Thanks!

I have recently started having problems with my Acer Laptop as well. It's almost 2 years now. I hope this isn't a trend. lol My problems are with my usb ports.
