Change in City water

i live right around the corner from a family member, went there today and their water is fine, that makes me even more po'ed!
i hate paying for bottled water, never had to my whole life and it is an added monthly expense that i shouldn't have to pay.
buying a brita you still have the added expense of buying the filters, which cost a lot.

I went away for christmas and all my dry skin and rashes cleared up that I thought may either be the water or dry skin from weather,...I was only a few hours away- not weather difference.
I'll see if my skin on my hands begin to crack again though while at home.

I feel for you larimer but unfortunately the puc will not likely change this water conversion.

You should consider installing a home filtration system.

Your home may be dryer than where you visited...thats really hard on skin(dry house). We had that problem and bought 2 hunidifers and the problem went away. It may NOT be the water.

Yes, it's the bloody water, many people are having skin problems from it.
On top of the bad smell and taste!
