We have 2010 Grand Caravan and after running more then ten minutes it smells as if you have been driving with the parking break on (and it's not). Any advice? I'm nervous that it might be the breaks. I appreciate any advice, thanks.

Check that all pulleys of engine belt are rotating. One may have a seized bearing. This wouldn't last long, however, till the belt blew off.
Check that a mudflap hasn't folded up over a tire.

A friend stationed in Afghanistan has retired and stayed on, opening a bomb plant that makes ordinance that look like prayer mats. Profits are through the roof.
Thanks for both of your comments. We took it to our mechanic and it's unknown as to why there was a smell but magically it has stopped. They checked the breaks and there good, they also checked the exhaust and it's all clear. So it's a mystery...
