So, what you're asking is where did the energy come from and why?
Sorry, Jack, I really don't think an experiment using "something to prove nothing" does anything at all.

And the one question science can never ultimately answer is "why".

I reposted post 136 and highlighted different sentences.

Not sure you get the say on that.

I mean, you can say it, but unless you can link me to something that says the Casmir effect happens for other reasons or that it's been debunked, save it.

....I could say, "yes it does"!

One can be a true believer in anything: psychic ability, Christianity or, as Bertrand Russell classically suggested (with irony), in the fact there is a teapot orbiting the earth. I could believe any of those things with total conviction. But my conviction doesn't make them true. Indeed, it is something of an insult to the very truth I might hold dear to say that something is true just because I believe it is. ~Derren Brown

Beginning indicates the passage of time.

God is, by definition outside His creation, since nothing can be created from within itself. Therefore, by definition, God exists outside of time.

Therefore, "except God" makes sense to me.
Throwing your own logic out the window.

You my friend are the one who puts yourself in the christian box you chose it not me.

This is the way you Walz around the question.

All I am saying is I don't know the answer and neither do you.

You can't prove that your creation myth is any more viable than that of any other religion.

Nice tactics in leading this thread away from demographics.

"Where do you get hypothetical, energy is not hypothetical?"

    I said hypothetical energy?? Where??

"So, what you're asking is where did the energy come from and why?"

Yup. I think there was a Source, outside this space-time continuum.

I know that it's part of your belief that no one CAN know the answers. AND, you refuse to discuss MY actual beliefs. Jack at least comes up with some so-called "experimental proof" of something from nothingness.

You can't prove that your creation myth is any more viable than that of any other religion.
Nice thing about my beliefs is that I don't have to. Trusting God is its basis, not the details of some story.

Nice tactics in leading this thread away from demographics.
If you choose to believe there are deliberate tactics involved, be my guest. I just think your "demographics" schtick is just more statistical juggling. AND they don't much relate to MY beliefs about the relationship of God and man.

Your comment, and logic indicated the passage of time.

    Mine did not.

BTW, this: "Indeed, it is something of an insult to the very truth I might hold dear to say that something is true just because I believe it is", is quite correct.

As far as I'm concerned, you barely started.

Throw out some info, and hope it hits your target. Like Huggy said, "Lots of very nice circles!"

    Oh well.

Yes I am sure you would be willing to dance all day hoping that I will give up and let you make the last post in yet another religion thread.
