Does anyone have any good recipes for Easter food?

Ideas I need are for the following:

- Potatoes (scalloped etc)
- Ham (glazes etc.)
- Desserts

I don't really want the same old scalloped potatoes, and glazed ham that I have all of the time, I want to try something new!!
