There should be a free or at least cheap CAD program you could find.

If it is a building or a deck, most building suppliers have software to give you a free drawing with your estimate. Actual blueprints will cost you money, but I don't think that is what you want.

Thanks SB, but I need someone else to do it. I would be lost trying to do it myself, no matter how good the program is lol.

HM, this is for a custom made small (3-4 ft) wooden box with a couple of bells and whistles. I need a professionally done blueprint to email out, including instructions and materials/tools needed.

Check with Soo College to see if they might have a Drafting Student that might be able to do it for you.
