About 24? Law works only when it can have a detrimental effect upon the criminals life. He/she/it has to be adversely affected or the is no deterrent. As evidenced by this clot rehabilitation is pretty much a write off. They have no fear because the bleeding hearts among us insist they can be changed and are underprivileged or needy of help. BULL! Make the PUNISHMENT more fit the crime or number of crimes. At some point we need admit some are not fit to live among us. California needs to team up with Texas. 3 strikes and out and bring back the death penalty. I would be the first to emigrate.

You're right I should have put some history with the story - but I think most people that read the site already knows his history - plus the archives for local2 doesn't go back that far, only a year, since the soonews content is on a separate server - I couldn't access the old archives.

I think all the local sites are worth a read. They are FREE and at least some local people are trying to do a good job. It is not their fault if IDIOTS clutter up the site and say distasteful things. These sites area big plus to me...and the price is right !!!!
