Why is this a big deal? They do the same thing everytime a stat falls on a Sunday. Why? To save YOU money... so that government offices aren't paid for the stat on top of their full work week. Would you rather have the government offices closed for a day on the closest work day or use your tax money to pay them 6 days for working 5 that week?

you are right.....when a holiday falls on a Sunday people who are normally off that day get the next day off.....been going on like that for years now so I don't know why people are complaining now....or did you just wake up!
